It is applied over the inflamed tendon (hand or foot). Do not apply directly to the skin; it is advisable to protect with a cloth.
To cool it, place it in the freezer for a few hours until it reaches the appropriate temperature.
Once placed on the horse's tendons, and when it loses its temperature, remove it and proceed to repeat the cooling process.
Closure with Velcro.
Practical, reusable, and durable.
